Inviting members

Invite teammates by email.

Send an invitation

  1. Open Settings → Members.
  2. Click + Invite member.
  3. Enter an email. (You can paste a comma-separated list.)
  4. Pick a role: Member or Admin.
  5. Click Send.

Each invitee receives an email with a unique accept-link. The link is valid until it's used or revoked.

Accepting an invitation

The email takes the invitee to an accept page:

  1. Click the link in the email.
  2. Sign in with the invited email (or create an account with it).
  3. The workspace appears in the switcher once the invite is accepted.

Pending invitations

The Members section lists everyone who's been invited but hasn't accepted yet. From there you can:

  • Resend — send a fresh email.
  • Revoke — invalidate the link.
