Board view

Board view lays out notes as cards in columns. Each column is a value of the grouping property usually a Status select property or a folder.

Using the board

• Drag a card between columns to change its grouping value.
• Add a card with + at the bottom of a column.
• Reorder within a column by dragging.
• Open a card by clicking anywhere outside its inline controls.

Change the grouping

1. In the toolbar, click Group.
2. Pick a property (any Select, Multi-select, or Folder).
3. The columns update immediately.

Edit columns

If the grouping property is a Select, you can rename, reorder, or add columns from the property settings. For folder-based boards, add columns by adding folders to the collection.

Filter and sort

• Filter narrows which cards show up (e.g. "hide done").
• Sort changes the order of cards within each column.

Both are set per-view.
