Getting started

Signing in

Create an account or sign in with email + one-time code.

Plainwork uses email-based sign-in. You don't set a password, we send a one-time code instead.

Create an account

  1. Visit plainwork.xyz and click Get started.
  2. Enter your email and a display name.
  3. Check your inbox for a 6-digit sign-in code.
  4. Paste the code to finish signing in.

Sign in on a new device

  1. Visit plainwork.xyz and click Sign in.
  2. Enter your email.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from your inbox.

The code is valid for a limited time. If it expires, request a new one from the sign-in page.

I didn't get the code

  • Check spam and promotions folders.
  • Confirm you entered the correct email.
  • Request a new code — older codes stop working once a new one is issued.

If you open a Plainwork link (e.g. a collection or doc) while signed out, we send you to the sign-in page and bring you back to that page once you finish signing in. Switching to Sign up from the sign-in page preserves the same destination, so new accounts land in the right place too.
