Stop a public link from working.

Revoke a single page
- Open the note or collection.
- Click Share in the header.
- Toggle visibility to Private.
The public URL stops working immediately — visitors hit a "This link is no longer available" page.
Rotate the token
If the URL leaked but you still want the page shared, toggle Private → Anyone with the link off and back on. A new token is issued; the old URL is dead.
Revoke when the owner leaves
If the person who enabled sharing is removed from the workspace, their active shares stay live. A workspace admin can revisit the page and toggle visibility back to Private.
