Grouping
Cluster notes into labeled sections or columns by a property.

Grouping splits a view into named sections (or columns, in Board view) by the values of a property.
Supported groupings
- Select and Multi-select properties
- Folder (the sidebar folder a note lives in)
- Checkbox (checked / unchecked)
- Person (one section per member with an assignment)
Set a grouping
- Toolbar → Group.
- Pick a property.
- The view updates immediately.
Board vs. other views
- In Board view, each group is a column.
- In List and Table view, each group is a collapsible section with a header and count.
- In Gallery, Calendar, and Feed, grouping is not available.
Drag to regroup
In Board, dragging a card between columns updates the grouping property. In List and Table, dragging a note between sections does the same.
Clearing
Toolbar → Group → None.
