List view
A simple top-to-bottom list of notes.
Last updated
List view shows your notes as a vertical list, one row per note, with a few key properties visible inline. It's the default for most collections.
What you can do
- Reorder: Drag a row to change its manual order.
- Edit a title: Click the title, type, press Enter.
- Set a property: Click the property chip on the right of a row.
- Open a note: Click anywhere in the row outside an input.
- Group: Use the Group button in the toolbar to cluster rows by a property.
- Filter / Sort: Use the Filter and Sort buttons in the toolbar.
When to use it
- You need a no-frills read of everything in the collection.
- Grouping matters more than column-style editing.
- You want to scan titles and a couple of key properties without opening notes.
