Display name
The name that shows up on notes you've edited, in Person properties, and in @mentions. Change any time.
Avatar
Upload a square PNG or JPG. Shown in the workspace sidebar and next to comments. Max 2 MB.
Your sign-in email. To change it, contact support. Changing email changes the identity you authenticate with and has side effects on every workspace you're in.
Theme
Light or Dark, or System to follow your OS preference. Applies to the app only (public share pages always use a system theme).
Danger zone
- Delete account: Removes you from every workspace. Notes you created stay in those workspaces, attributed to your (now-removed) identity.
